Northern Pass Transmission LLC Profile

The Northern Pass Transmission LLC (Northern Pass) is a limited liability company, organized as a joint venture between Northeast Utilities and NSTAR to develop, construct, own and maintain the Northern Pass Transmission Project in New Hampshire. Its principal place of business is at Energy Park, 780 North Commercial Street, Manchester, NH 03101.

On December 15, 2010, Northern Pass Transmission filed a Transmission Service Agreement with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). (Press Releases, FERC Filing)

On February 11, 2011, the project's Transmission Service Agreement was approved by FERC.
