Project Description
CL&P has installed a new 345-kilovolt (kV)/115-kV substation on CL&P-owned property that straddles the Killingly/Putnam town line, near the Killingly and Putnam Industrial Parks.
This project provides a new connection between the 345-kV and 115-kV transmission systems in northeast Connecticut and resolves critical reliability concerns for the state's eastern region. |  |
