Involving the public throughout the project is an important part of the planning process for the Northeast Connecticut Reliability Project, or any large infrastructure project.

In addition to participating in public meetings, community members have many opportunities to gain information on the project and voice a position through the Connecticut Siting Council .

CL&P representatives are also available, by request, for small group presentations. For more information, contact Frank J. Poirot at (860) 665-3409.
