Project Description
CL&P is replacing seven fluid-filled transmission cables between Norwalk, Connecticut, and Northport, New York, with three new solid-core (non-fluid filled) cables. The replacement cables will significantly improve reliability of service to both states and reduce environmental impacts resulting from damage of the existing cables.
