 Construction Updates
Project construction activities in Connecticut were complete as of May 31, 2008, and in New York as of September 17, 2008. The cable system is currently energized and in-service.
Remaining work includes minor site restoration activities, including clean-up, landscape restoration, and survey work to support post-construction reporting to permit agencies. Environmental monitoring and other related activities, as required by project permits and approvals, have commenced and will remain ongoing for several years.
